Mad Mushroom Pizza

Good pizza but not worth being on hold for 5 minutes…more than once. On different occasions. I even called during different days and times, and guess what. Still on hold. Really shows how well management treats their employees if the employees could care less about customer care service. This 3 star is for management, not employees. Hope it gets better for them

Passed by this joint and decided to get wings on a whim. Got 2 orders of BBQ wings. Shocked at the price but it is what it is... we were on vacay so I didn't mind it too much. It was a little over $30 for the 2 orders and there was about 8ish pieces per box. Got them dry with sauce on the side. They were GOOD! Wait was reasonable. Service was very friendly. I would totally recommend them! 👍👍

Unfortunately I to was evidently expecting WAY TO MUCH from Mad Mushroom Pizza! I called and ordered delivery. First and foremost right off the bat the girl taking my order wanted to know how much of a tip I wanted to put on my card for the delivery driver! REALLY PEOPLE? REALLY! ? WOW!! I inquired about the toasted raviolis. Was informed they are baked in the oven not fried and come with a side of marinara sauce it was suggested that they are very good. Went on to to inquire about their salads. First ask about the antipasto salad. I wanted Green Olives NOT BLACK! Was then informed “ We ain’t got Green Olives.” Although it was listed on their menu as a topping. I told her I may have an old menu. So needless to say I placed an order for Toasted Ravioli and a small Grilled Chicken Salad. Total was $19.99. I did request a receipt be sent with my order although I did not receive that upon delivery either. Was excited about yummy toasted raviolis. Took my first bite and had to spit it out. It was freezer burnt and tasted absolutely horrible. The inside filling was still cold. WORST $10 bucks ever! Highly disappointed with that. All I could do was throw the whole order away. So onto the $10 grilled chicken salad! LOL!! A bunch of lettuce with a lot of fillers in vegetable form that is. I did find one small (VERY SMALL) piece of grilled chicken and yes yet again not only cold inside it was cold on the outside. Looked as though the frozen small piece of chicken was laid on top of salad to thaw. You could yet again taste the freezer burn on it also! So needless to say NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE $20 Bucks for frozen food. I’ll go to Kroger first and cook it myself at least I will know it’s HOT & FRESH and im sure not at a cost of $20 for the smallest portions! Then I look on my delivery box not only did they want tips FIRST OFF they tagged on a not VERY SMALL DELIVERY FEE THAT THE ORDER TAKER FAILED TO INFORM ME ABOUT! Come on MAD MUSHROOM YOU HAVE MADE ME MAD NOW!!!

Unfortunately I was expecting more from a pizza place with a lot of interesting choices of specialty pizzas. Sadly two of our five pizzas were tolerable, one was missing sauce topping so it was dry. The mozzarella sticks we ordered seemed frozen and unevenly cooked on the outside and were rubbery on the inside. Only "good" (still a bit if a stretch) item was the cauliflower wings. They couldn't deliver three miles away, took forever to answer the phone and when we picked the pizza up it took forever for someone to give us our order along with many other people.
