Carol was phenomenal. From taking my order, bringing my meal to me, to cleaning up my area. She was very helpful and extremely cheerful. The food was great, but the bread sticks a bit too buttery. Appreciate the military discount too.
I was excited to order the new orange Italian lemon ice and didn’t realize it had a dairy base. When I asked at the window, Carol not only offered to make a dairy-free strawberry lemon Italian ice for me, but offered to let me kid in the car keep the orange one because he doesn’t have a dairy allerg
I went to location 1785 and Dot was amazing!! She really did a phenomenal job! My only concern is how sweet the breadsticks have become. However that is not her fault but she was very understanding and helpful!
I always love fazoli's but went through the drive-thru food was great. But the kid at the window just not on his game was very short didn't say thanks nothing and the food out the window nothing. I really don't expect much from people to win though but a little more courtesy can go a long way.
This may have been my last meal at Fazoli's. Rumor has it that they are testing a different breadstick and changing over to Pepsi. It's been fun and it's been real but without the original breadsticks then I'm out. Awesome staff tonight though, Carol rocked!
I’m writing to you from the comfort of the cool tile beside the toilet in my hotel. What was supposed to be a new adventure for work has sadly turned into a camp out in the bathroom at my hotel. This place has poisoned my insides with their so called “chicken Parmesan”… more like chicken BARFmesan.
Carol and Amber were both excellent! Food was great. We really enjoyed the breadsticks.
Dot at restaurant 1785 is great! High quality customer service and brought a smile to my face on a hard day :)
