One of the best chicken spots in Lexington! I try to get it to-go at least once a week. Definitely get a 10 piece (I always get spicy!) and some sides - you will eat all of it!

Saw some good reviews for here and made a point to try the food. When we pulled up saw a few people leaving out of the front door with bags of food and thought although the dining room was closed I could go in and take my time looking at the menu so I could order after seeing the menu thoroughly. I stopped in yesterday and got ten pieces of dark meat and a pint of colslaw And potato salad. had to wait 10 minutes they were slammed and the more mature woman with the baseball cap took very good care of me. I have had to wait before, it's no issue for me to do that the chicken is so good!! when

I had an issue with items that were ordered on Uber eats. The owner went above and beyond to make it right. Good customer service is how you keep customers coming back. Thank you Mr. Grimes! I’m happy to support businesses that care about their customers.

Chicken is Always fresh and delicious. This time I got fried cauliflower. It is sooo yummy😋 . Normally it's not this dark, however umno what happen this time🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️. It was still good. Gotta get that yum yum sauce to go with it!! It's gotta lil kick but it's good.

Favorite fried chicken in Kentucky, fast food or not. Five stars for the chicken alone. The sides are probably 3.5ish stars for me because I’m fussy (not bad by any means, but not the best I’ve ever had), but the chicken is why I go back.

Can we talk about how horrible Grimes owner is? I just called the store to notify them that I had ordered some potato wedges and they were soggy not fresh and that it was like the 3rd time I had my ordered with them served that way when they usually aren’t. Can you tell me why this man told me that

Friendliest staff & good chicken & desserts! I love the corn muffins. I felt like the sides were not as tasty as they used to be, though.
