Love this Thai restaurant in downtown Lexington. Good quality of foods and staff are very friendly.

I'm sure the restaurant would be just fine if you arrived during a time that wasn't busy. We happened to be there during a large convention. There are only a handful of tables (about 6), one of which was in a separate room for a large group (maybe 10 people). Needless to say, all the tables were taken. We found some outdoor seating at a bar around the corner that allowed us to eat there. Again, the restaurant was tiny. They had one employee working the front (waiter, bus boy, cashier, everything) and I think only one person was working on the back (cook, dish washer, etc). We could see the place was busy, so we asked what the approximate wait would be before we ordered. The waiter said 30-40 minutes. We do realize this is not a science but a simple estimation. It took more that 1.5 hours to get our food. Eating at the bar ended up being terrible. We were down wind from all the smokers at the bar. Eventually a homeless man that clearly had schizophrenia sat near us. He was continuously talking to himself in aggressive language. He scared the kids so we had to exit quickly before everyone was done eating. The food was good, but not phenomenal. My curry was served scalding hot (temperature not spiciness). I burned my tongue pretty good. The Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were both good but not nearly the best I've had. I also heard from others that this place was just as busy before the convention started. That being said, the food was not worth the wait. Maybe I'd consider coming again if I had lots of time, and I knew I'd be ordering to pickup and eat at
home. Otherwise, I'd probably not come back.

The food was good; but the wait time was long! To be fair we went on a day when there was a lot of people! I recommend the Pad See Eaw!

Delicious food, reasonable prices, and a very cute downtown location. Very friendly waiter (seen in one of the pictures), and the chef accommodated request for no cilantro in any of the dishes. All dishes were made fresh to order, and had different heat levels per request.

I simply love Thai food. After the Northern Thai place on Versailles road closed and Siam Thai closed, I was afraid I would no longer have high quality Thai available in Lexington. I tried numerous Thai places and was dissatisfied. Presently this is the only local Thai food that I, as a vegetarian, can recommend.

Got the green curry with shrimp and it was absolutely delicious, shrimp was cooked perfectly and plenty of veggies! I asked for spicy and it was actually pretty spicy, although she said it comes spicy already so I'm not sure if it was any hotter because I asked. Will definitely be returning.

Wonton soup broth and 2 mushy wontons flavorless. Fried spring rolls flavorless. Pad See-ew and Panang curry were ok. Overall disappointing.
