Our dinner was beyond good! I had steak, small lobster tail and baked potato. My sister had crab legs with a baked potato and we both had salads. Everything was baked correctly. It was so good! Our host was most excellent! He went out of his way to make sure that we were taking care of. He even took pictures of us, for our pleasure.

OK, this was definitely the worst experience I've had at a restaurant I like. The waitress was very unprofessional, blaming the kitchen staff for everything, and complaining about things they did yesterday. The food itself (when we finally got it) was hit and miss. The calamari was rubbery and not seasoned in the slightest. My fillet was actually cooked the wrong way, they seared the sides and served it to me with the grain completely horizontal, clearly seen in the photo. The waitress even tried to take my plate while I was clearly still eating, picked it up and everything. I can safely say I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Really need to train their servers better. I like red lobster as a rule. Don't mind the 30 plus minute drive to get there. But this particular night it was off. Server took about 10 minutes to come to our table.( It was not busy). Then she brought our drinks but never offered a refill. Someone else brought our food out so whatever she was doing she continued because she never came to check on us at all. Only to bring us our. Check. Now that said, I will wait awhile to return and hopefully they can fix these issues.

First time I’ve ever eaten here. The place was delicious and we ordered one plate that fed two people. It’s decent food. I spent over 100 dollars cause I had to feed five damn kids. The service was nice.

My wife and I had dinner here tonight for the first time in over 10 years. Aqoia (not sure of spelling) was our waiter. He was phenomenal. Can’t thank him enough for his kindness and attentiveness. Polite and just a pleasure. I had the all you can eat shrimp, fantastic. Wife had steak and mashed potatoes. Steak was a little on the salty side but no big deal. We will definitely return. Keep up the good work!

We just celebrated Mother’s Day with dinner at the Hamburg mall area location. We were set immediately. Seating was clean and nice. Our server Cody was there immediately and we could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Cody! Food servings were great as well.
