What can I say other than AMAZING! The Hot Brown was simply incredible with layers of flavor. It was biscuits and gravy with country ham and turkey slathered in an over easy egg. Then I had a bacon egg and cheese croissant which defied all expectations. Light fluffy bread with generous portion of asiago cheese ( you could put any cheese and that you wanted or any style of egg) then the group got fresh donuts that were to die for. They put Krispy Kreme to shame. It was the day before Christmas so the line was insane but everyone was very friendly and the staff was prompt and pleasant. It was our only time there even though some of my family lives here in Lexington. There is nothing like it and I would weigh 500 pounds if I lived near this bakery. It is a must do if you are in Lexington!! I have not read the other reviews but would have no idea why everything would not be a five star!!

Our favorite place for doughnuts anywhere! And our morning stop every time when we drive into Lexington on road trips north for the last ten years and counting. (And thanks to Magee's this morning, when our family's lover of chocolate-covered yeast doughnuts accidentally got cake instead. You all are so great!)
