Literally I walked in and an employee offered to hold the door then asked if I was here for pickup, I said yes. He took my name and not 30 seconds later they came out with my order, hot and accurate. Went home to eat it and it was so delicious. I have not had a bucket of chicken from KFC in so long
I ordered three piece all white all chicken breast an extra mashed potato with gravy and jalapeno but instead I got 2 breast 1 wing and didn't get the extra mashed potato and gravy.
First time going to this KFC it sucked.
Clean and cozy place to go. Not crowded so visitors may have enough time to stay. Items are various as promoted as advertised but mediocre quality especially fried chickens. Good thing is good size compared to price.
Not only is the lobby closed, but when I came around and waited in the drive thru was then told they had no chicken. Worse KFC.
Door was locked for mobile order pick-up. Waited about 5 minutes while employees ignore my knocking and waiving until finally the manager pointed me toward another (less obvious) door that wasn't locked. He was rude and didn't apologize for the misunderstanding and told me they keep the door locked

Twice in the past week, my husband and I went to this KFC and asked for the 10 Piece Feast. Both times we were told that they "couldn't do it". So a chicken place does not have chicken??? We went to the one in Denton and got the Feast with no problem. But this will be the last time we go to KFC.
Messed up my order a few times but that's understandable. Overall good experience!
