Their ice cream is amazing, and the staff is young but very friendly and courteous. I think the manager should treat them with more respect. He way of instructing them to do things was quite distasteful. As a supervisor for a large transportation organization, I get my employees to work better for me by being courteous with them. All through his nonsense, they were just humbly doing what he asked. Keep up the great work in your customer service staff.

Good time at cold stone. Laxmi been very helpful and efficient. Must try dulce de Leche with soul syrup and marshmallows you'll love it.

The line was so long but they got through it pretty quickly and by the time we got to the register they sang a cute little song for us !

All I have to say is that cold stone has some legit ice cream. I don't have a big sweat tooth but when I want ice cream I always go for a little bit of cookies and cream. Best cookies & cream ice cream ive ever had 🍦

Had a few different flavors.. didnt care for the waffle cup especially the chocolate dipped bkth variations tasted stale. Personally enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake and coffee kvers ive cream. They are Very nice people and trying their best to keep that social distancing in the facility.

Super sweet and creamy for my taste. If you like that it is a good option for you. The smaller is even big. You have many choices in flavors and pick. It is very crowded when I went one Sunday and it doesn't have chair and chairs to share your ice cream. It would be cream if that had.

Most times I have went in here it was young kids just working to work. Working to make some money which hey, I get. But, to work in the food industry, customer service? You must put on a smile and act accordingly. With that being said, I am giving this review based on the person who helped my daughter an I tonight. A young kid who was enthusiastic, patient, kind and did his job the way it is supposed to be done. Alex helped us with patience and a smile. Calm even with how many samples my 7 year old wanted to try and how indecisive I personally was. Only reason I’m writing this review and tipped. Keep it up Alex.
