Dippin' Donuts

I have been a few times in the morning now on my way to work. I am always optimistic. Unfortunately; and I did mention it at the window politely and said I was not after a refund. The bagels are now; 3 times as hard as rocks and they never put any butter on or it is dripping through the bag. The orange juice I got last week was out of date. I really wanted this to work out and I am sorry to have to post this but it seems to be a trend with many customers. Get rid of the stale and out of date products. I wont be back. Sterling Ice Cream bar is right down the road and out of the world

Updated 2/27/22 … I tried to give Dippin another chance before work a few days ago. I ordered a small coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was disgusting and the sandwich was completely wrong and contained something I can’t eat. It was twice as much as what I ordered. I couldn’t go back so I called and was told to come back the next day for a “free” sandwich but I didn’t bother. Giving me the correct item the next day doesn’t make it free, I paid double for it. I received a text after writing a review on a link in my emailed receipt and I was told that I had the wrong business and that they don’t “offer that service” which makes zero sense. When I corrected them and sent screenshots of my email, they stopped responding. I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream and got a very dark coffee with just a splash. Unfortunately I was in a rush for work and didn’t have time to turn around. I couldn’t even drink the coffee so it was money down the drain.
