Review Hardee's - Lenoir City

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wifeI were passing through this town and we stopped here to grab a quick bite on our road trip and we got to Hardees the girl at the register was so rude giving us attitude and we even had to say hello a few times because she wasn't saying anything while we were giving her our order. Then when we go to the window she snatched our money and slammed the drive through window. Now let's talk about the food the meat was under cooked in the burger and our drinks weren't even filled btw she didn't even ask us what we wanted to drink they just handed us a drink and slammed the door again. DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!

The lady who works the window is just the sweetest. The food has been hot & fresh as well. Hardee’s Strawberry jam is the best

I was served a biscuit that was extremely undercooked after explaining to the cashier what was wrong I was then served another undercooked biscuit. Had to argue for a refund will not ever eat at any hardee's again

We love the breakfast and their hamburgers are very good friendly people

Great cause of their Frisco and mushroom and swiss however they're only open for breakfast at this location 😭😭😭. Only thing I didn't like was when I ordered biscuits and gravy it was only 1 biscuit and the gravy was literally flavored water. But I'd still eat there any day of the week.

I'm a regular during lunch hours. It's a part of my route during midday, so I stop for lunch and visit with the old timers there. They soon to get to know who you are.

Returned to dine in fit breakfast. But dining room was closed. Due to lack of help.

For being a 1.7 miles off the freeway, marking yourselves as open when you're in fact closed due to staffing shortages is WRONG! Figure it out.

I went on Sunday at about 745 pm. Only 2 people in the dining area, so not too busy. The drink station was filthy and there were multiple tables with food left on them. We waited 20 minutes for our order, mine was cold, the poppers were under cooked, and the other burger was completely wrong ( ordered a Monster Burger, with no mayo, but got a a double cheeseburger with lots of mayo). Will never go back to this location.

I love the lady whos always working mornings shes always at work and greets nicely but i have an issue with my order repeatedly getting messed up by kitchen staff and i just dont even call in due to the fact id look like im doing it all for attn so maybe this will get their attn breakfast platter well done bacon amd scrambled eggs NOT CHOPPED UP SQUARE EGGS ITS GROSS!! its almost everytime it happens.

Love their biscuits but always check your order before you leave !! Last two visits we were short a biscuit or two. Check your order...just sayin !

We love their food!! Always right and very friendly.

Doesn't serve breakfast all day. I'm going to bojangles
