Review Mcdonald's - Lenoir City

The order kiosk malfunctioned and did not process my order. The counter attendant inaccurately input my order details four times, having to ask management to clear items on the register three times. When a manager brought the order to my table, it was without napkins. The coffee was a good match for the taste of wet cardboard.

"only serving fries and drinks right now", I placed my order online and the employee said "pull up to the window and I'll see what I can do", then at the window said "I'll go make this but it may take a minute". In other words: they didn't feel like making food but realized we already paid so they couldn't deny it.

It's okay. I mean, it's McDonald's, not Cafe Ritz. I was able to get a McMuffin after 10, which I appreciated, but only because they had one left, which was over done- probably from sitting under the heat lamp. It is very clean and the staff are courteous.

I typically shop at this location and usually they're great during daylight hours. Lately they are not announcing when they are closed "after hours" and seeing as how they are advertised as a "24-hour McDonald's", it's very annoying to sit in the drive through for 5 minutes without an answer and look at the employees through the window while the lights are on and the signs are lit. Gas is $4.20 a gallon and I just drove an extra 20 mi to sit at a McDonald's I knew was open 24 hours and was advertised online is 24 hours, only to not be served and have to drive back home.

Very clean, newer, extremely friendly staffed McDonald’s. This McDonald’s location is settled inside of the loves travel stop gas stations, it’s open 247 365 and everything you can expect from a McDonald’s in regards of food, drinks and other snacks. What this McDonald’s makes so special is that the staff is just plain out very friendly, and professional. It is a great experience to see all the different McDonald’s still excel on a different way. This one is awesome. Thank you guys for being awesome During the weeks I have spent there.

Jacob took my drive through order with a great attitude. Got my drink cold and food hot. Always a great experience at this McDonald's

Charged me $5 on the McDonalds app. When I went to get the mobile order they told me to pay again. I already paid. I have been charged and never got any food. I refused to pay twice. McDonalds you are awesome.

Went through drive through ordered two McDoubles, large sweet tea and a hot fudge Sunday, paid $6.30. Got back to work and only had one McDouble. No time to go back.

I have been sitting in line for over 30 minutes waiting for 6 chicken tenders this place is terrible

The fries are way too salty!!!!!!!! People where ok.
