Lil ceasers in Lenoir City doesn’t close until 10pm. Yet when I pull up to the drive through at 8:15. They have nothing ready. Isn’t that there slogan Hot and ready. Plus the guy/kid working the drive through was about a professional as a prostate exam at the dentist. Will not be back. Get some employees that actually want to work. Pathetic!!!!

Worst service ever! I try to be understanding of the employee shortage & things like that but there is no excuse for the service at this place. Took 15 minutes to order a Supreme stuff crust bc they couldn't figure out how to ring it up. Told us 30 minute wait. After waiting 45 to an hour we were told they couldn't find our order. They either never made it or gave it to someone else. It wasn't just my order. They messed up every order they did. After over an hour we finally got our money back & went sometime else.

Worst service I've ever seen. I understand the lack of help these days, but it was ridiculous.
I had online order that i waited an hour and a half for. The employees said they never got my order. I talked to them 3 times and showed them my email confirmation and they never would make my order. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do a refund bc it was an online order. Now I've spend well over an hour on hold with their terrible customer service center trying to get a refund. Worst run business ever. They don't care one bit.

Had to wait for 25 minutes which is an eternity in a Little Ceasars, asked about food twice, and another customer had to help me with locating order. No one knows what they are doing. Also left off sauces we ordered. So: do not order special anything: just get ready made. Check your order and never use app, it confuses them (obviously). What do you expect? Will not return.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered my food in the drive thru. After paying in the drive thru, they told me to pull forward because they were waiting on Italian cheese bread. After 20 minutes I had not been brought my food. I go inside to check on my food and the girl at the front proceeds to tell me they don’t have anything ready that I ordered and it would be another 20 minutes. They were extremely rude to everyone that walked in the door. Whoever the management team is needs to be replaced. They were being rude to the employees and customers. Will never come here again.

I tried to call the store directly since I was in my car driving and couldn't get through to order a pizza to pick up on my way home from work so I had to wait to order when I got there. They said it would be a 15 min. Wait (which I would of avoided if I could of called it in) then after a 40 min wait I had to get a refund and leave without a pizza. I had to go through another restraints drive thru. No organization in that restaurant. Terrible Service

Well, it's better then the one on Chapman Hwy in Knoxville. At least they are open and don't take your money through the app knowing they won't be open when you get there. I still haven't got my money back from that one and it's been 2 weeks! 🤬

Little Caesars has saved me from starving after a long day and little time left on more than one occasion. And this location is not the exception. I gave it three stars because it has had a severe staffing shortage and either they close early or the wait is longer than if you order a specialty pizza somewhere else, totally defeating the biggest advantage little Caesars has over the other places.
