They done this about 3 months now.But when i asked for something tossed in barbaque.This is what i get.And i would understand if your pack but when im the only car it different.

Cold, hard and very dry fries. Sandwich not even warm enough to melt American cheese and an extremely hard bun. Bought 2 meals and it was most assuredly not worth the 19 bucks. Very disappointing!
Zaxbys is located in the Walmart shopping center, AKA franklin academy. My family and I ordered from here to get an early dinner on Monday Feb 28th around 3:30pm. 😀 We had ordered a Grilled cobb salad w no cucumber, an order of fried chicken strips and fries for my 2 boys and also a zaxbys BLT comb
Nice place. Friendly atmosphere. Great food. Very clean. I had the Cobb Zalad.
EMPLOYEES: EXTREMELY RUDE and I was so disappointed at how they proceeded to talk about me while the window was closed even though I heard them. Then gave me the 3 smallest chicken strip I've ever seen on purpose. I was genuinely nice the whole time regardless!
FOOD: WAS NOT HOT!
They need to update their menu. Bunch of stuff they never have yet it’s still on the menu. Usually it’s pretty quick but they are starting to get worse and worse with order accuracy.
