How is it that they are still in business i have no idea. Hot summer day and the lobby is closed, only drive through open. They're rude, fridge is always missing the most popular flavors. Don't bother going there at all. Zero stars if possible

Absolutely horrible. The servers were rude and gave the tiniest scoops of ice cream I have ever seen. Also the ice cream was old and inedible especially their Cherries Jubilee(the cherries were old and rubbery). Do not go they charge extra for cones and bowls. All around terrible experience.

Terrible. .. Went there for first (and last ) time today . The staff made us feel like they were doing us a favor waiting on us .. Didn't know they had for flavors and icecream I recived was old and tasted off ... wish I could give a minus star .. Now yesterday we were at Baskin Robbins in Romeoville and that was a wonderful experience five stars ...wish this location could be that good ..

They close the Baskin portion early and are always "out of" the flavors we list. Really? You're out of all of them at an....ice cream shop.....ok.
