We drove to Michigan just for Carson fishery’s jerky. Worth the 6.5 hour drive you ask? Yes!! The beef jerky (or Turkey) is fantastic. I love the town as well so that helps.

The business has a different feel since it changed hands a bit back, definately more commercial feeling. They changed the recipe for the whitefish pate and I do not care for it as much. These things being said they are still my favourite place to get fresh trout and whitefish from. Make sure to ask

Just discovered this place summer of 23. The smoked fish is fantastic, but the beef jerky is the best I have had in my 63 years. We will be back there every summer going forward.

Great place to get some smoked fish. The taste is so smooth with the right amount of smoke. Great with some cheese and crackers. Will visit again.

A must hit up spot if you're looking to pickup some fish food! They have a nice display of all the food ready to get. While I there, I picked up a container of the "Smoked Fish Pate". If I had to encapsulate Fish Town into one food, it would be this one. It has a nice taste of that classic fish smel

After our weekend near LeLand we stopped by to grab some treats to take home, I got a small filet of smoked salmon and a small pack of the beef jerky, both were spectacular with full, smoky flavor while still tasting good and fresh! My only regret is not getting more. We plan on making a trip back

Drove up from Flint with my car club. Very friendly staff! The fish sausage is incredible! Bought 1lb and ended up with two more! Can't wait to go back!
