We’ve been a few times as we love the Mexican style of food; nachos, quesadillas and burritos are all excellent. Food is freshly cooked and always very tasty. They also offer a really good range of drinks, cocktails and mocktails. If it’s not too busy service is friendly and efficient but as things get busy be prepared to wait. We’ve waited an hour for food to arrive which might be too much if you’re expecting fast, street style food and you’re hungry. We’ll certainly go again but will avoid it if busy.

I have been going to Bodega for a while now, however my visit yesterday was probably the best in terms of service. Love Bodega for its amazing vibe , great food , music and the service has been mostly good. However , Marshall who served us yesterday was just so warm and attentive, his service was phenomenal! He was not just professional but also came across as genuinely caring and welcoming and showed enthusiasm and kindness with such sincerity. Keep up the fab work Marshall! Will definitely continue to visit

Great service by Lianne (she also speaks Spanish). As a Mexican I can tell the birria really tastes as the traditional Mexican dish although it is presented in a different way.

Amazing! Really nice bright restaurant that was busy with a good atmosphere. The service was excellent and the food .... wow loved it! Lots of flavour and sooooo tasty. Needless to say I definitely recommend it 💯😋

If you in the center of town and need a Mexican hit this is your first choice. All the dishes are tasty and the food comes out fast. Prices are fair and the potions are generous.

We were in Leicester for our Son's graduation ceremony & Visited this place only after his recommendation. Food was Great .. delicious, good in quality & quantity, Great atmosphere & ambience. Have sitting arrangement both indoor & Outdoor. Staff need to be more tentative & alert, we need to raise our hands thrice to get her attention. Bar need some more efforts, as mocktails were below average.

Nice staff, had a server who was on their second shift and they were really polite.
Food was great, nicely stuffed wrap, lots of filling and sweet potato fries were perfect. Cocktails are good too, some with a good kick. Churros were ok but still tasty. Had some good murals on the wall and even though we were sat on high stools they were comfy.
Photos included are from second visit. Fish tacos were amazing and the nachos were some of the best we'd had. However upon this visit the service was incredibly slow. I guess it depends on who is on shift on the day.

One of my favourite food places in Leicester. It is has amazing prices and the food taste amazing. The staff are honestly so great and really help with the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the lunch menu as it’s a great price and also fills you.

I love this place! It has such a relaxed and fun vibe, the food and drinks are spot on and service is good too :). Bodega does some lovely reasonable lunch time deals , so if you are in the area, highly recommend visiting.

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant as I've seen good reviews about it. I loved the ambience walking into it. Very Mexican. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The cocktails were amazing! The beef birria, I found quite sour. The blue corn tacos that came with it was nice, so was the dips. The sweet potato fries were really good. The dark chocolate tart was too rich for me. I'll definitely be back as I have a few things on the menu that I would like to try. All in all, good value for money.
