Good customer service... Fast service... Great convenient store... It was the only one for miles on the way to immokalee... The floors were dirty ... The bathroom was dirty... The staff was helpful... The store itself was clean ... There was an associate mopping the floors... Short line ... The Hot dog smells good on the grill....

Very rude manager (I think). I had saved more than enough points for a medium hot coffee to start my 4th of July and she refused to redeem it since somehow it showed cold brew in my wallet which she does not have. All of this after purchasing $75 worth of diesel fuel (I have receipts). Very embarrassing and horrible customer service. I'll drive the small distance for other options and won't be back.

The place was filthy and the employees where rude. I watched the woman at the register yell oh my god about a customer having wet money and make a scene about a working mans sweaty money then a co worked of mine handed her a Cuban sandwich when it was his turn in line and her response was what do you want me to do with this. Usually you either ring it up or press it. I've nervously been in a 711 with this low of standards and this caliber of employees. I have videos of the employees and of the bathrooms I'm just deciding who would like to see it first.

New location! I was super excited about this gas station because there isn’t one for a few miles so this is a huge convenience for residents in the area. Overall the staff was nice, the store was clean and the food, drinks and coffee stations were full and clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because for being open for only a week, the restroom already seemed grimy. I personally have a hard time with public restrooms so so thought I’d share. Overall, nice place.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful and the quality of service is trash,I bought a vuse vape pod opened it up in front of the lady at the register and it didn't work while still in the store I asked can I get another one because obviously it's defective the owner walked in at the same time I was talking to the cashier and told me that's on me so basically $6 lost and I never left the store,I will never step foot in any of their store again and the bathrooms are filthy and Never clean when you try to use them

They never have receipt paper in their pumps and you have to wait in the long line everytime I addressed it several times to them and they ignored me every time. Bathrooms are extremely nasty and they never have any soap which raises the question do they wash their hands before handling your food? And gas prices are the highest in town do not go here drive 5 miles up the street if you have to. I never write reviews but I had to because they are horrible!
