Domino's Pizza

I ordered this at 8:49pm and it came at 10:20pm. It said on the website that it was prepping 3 times and the customer support was not friendly. The food arrived barely even warm, the cheese sticks did not taste like they were cooked, they were definitely undercooked that it left my partner with stomach issues, and the delivery driver smelt like he was smoking weed the entire time. Will not be ordering from here again and I certainly don’t recommend it. If you want bad customer service with food that will take over an hour to come that is barely warm, then this is the place for you. If you want my advice dominos, hire better employees that will get your job done in a timely manner that know how to show good customer service.

If i could give half a star i absolutely would. Skylar the store manager rude and quite frankly under trained. Did not take any accountability as to why the pizza was piled with sauce and undercooked. She did not take any ownership of Dominos mistake, did not offer any solution to fix the pizza, the food also came cold as well, This location I highly don't recommend!!!!!

After having a horrific experience a couple of weeks ago with the store, after placing an order I was lied to, hung up on twice the was phone left on the counter with an open line. boy were they have a party there. Finally I called back out to a manager who refunded my money. I ordered a pizza from Papa John’s. They gave me a complementary pizza, I ordered it tonight, and GuessWhat you absolutely will not believe this. My complementary pizza never came! I only gave the store one star because I couldn’t rate it any lower. If I were you to stay away from this store it’s awful.

I noticed that the employees were putting a lot of calls on hold. 2 of them were available to take the calls but didn't, the manager also put calls on hold and told a customer over the phone that they will get a call back. It's faster to place your order online as these new employees may feel overwhelmed especially on the dinner and weekend rush hours. Many orders trying to be prepared and completed with minimum staff. Drivers are not helping with calls as it once used to be when I worked at a Dominoes 14 yrs ago.

I am editing my review because within the last few months this Domino has improved greatly. I don't know what exactly changed, maybe it was management, but whatever it was, they have made a great change. My orders are always perfect, and their customer service is delightful. Thank you Domino for the great service and food you provide us in Lehigh Acres.

The order online is very personalized and if you join the "Piece of the pay" reward program, you can get free 🍕 and skip the line to pickup your order. They have curbside, contacless pickup and delivery. The pasta bowl, the garlic bread and the crispy thin pizza crust are some of my favorites. Last time I tried the Extravaganza specialty pizza and I liked the combination. If you use their coupons online can get a cheap pizza night. In general is a very good fast 🍕 place.
