Hungry Howies

Upside to this review was the food was pretty good. But the customer service needs some help. Don’t plan on eating there, because there are no seats. It’s primarily a take out or delivery place. There were no menus, take out menus, or any advertisements of any kind display what they have. But we gave them a try. Parking was very limited

Poor customer service by owner. Sad that a small time franchise owner gives hungry howies a bad name. Spoke to owner for non delivery when checking on pizza over hour delay stated no one was home when attempt was made. Door cameras confirm no one came to my home. When speaking to owner he stated his employee didn't go to the wrong house so basically your customers are lying vs a driver making a mistake. I do respect the owner taking up for staff, but horrible customer service.

Horrible experience, my pizza took 2 hours to finally be delivered. I called twice to find out what's going on and both times I was told the driver left. I finally spoke to a manager and he didn't behave like a Manger at all, he said "I'm not doing anything for you, no one wants to work in this town take your pizza or take a refund." First and last time ever doing business there.

Let me start off by saying that I order pizza almost every week from different pizzerias. Someone encouraged me to try the pizza from Hungry Howie's some time ago. I've always been reluctant to try it until tonight when I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza. I'm a big fan of Dominos and other pizza places. I urged the driver to call when they arrived. No one bothered to call which tells me how disorganized the company is. Pizza arrived with burnt crust which is not what I'm used to. I encourage anyone who wants barbecue chicken pizza to try somewhere else apart from Hungry Howie's. Their other pizzas might be good, I don't know but for my 1st experience, this was bad. I won't be buying barbecue pizza from here again. Poor quality. The store manager/owner then proceeded to tell me that's how barbecue pizza looks with sauce. I told the store owner that quality sucks and he took it to heart. I requested a refund. I'm not being loathsome, I'm just expressing my honest review. I've never seen barbecue pizza look this way when I order from other joints. Maybe I just don't like dark pizza. Don't put it on the menu if you can't do it right.
