Pizza Hut

I am so impressed by the guy working today. He was kind and professional and really made a difference today with me. He was one of the most kind and decent human beings I've come in contact with! (He was taller, brown hair) I'll continue to go to this location just because of him. And my kids said it was the best pizza ever! So there you go!!

Addong on: they finally got the credit on. I ordered pizza and bread sticks. They called me 45 minutes later and told me the delievery driver isnt coming. So now not only am I getting my pizza that credit is gone. DO NOT RECCOMEND. Down to one star from 2! So I ordered a stuffed crust and it tasted fine but it had a crispy bottom and the box was thicker than the crust. They forgot the sauces that I paid for. I spoke to the manager and she said she added a $30 credit to my account because of the mistakes they made. I go to call tonight to use that credit she never put it on my account so I'm not a happy customer at all. I've been a loyal pizza hut customer since I was able to but my own. I'm VERY disappointed. The only reason they get two stars vs one is because the kid I spoke to in the phone tonight was professional and put up with my being upset.

I usually love this place, they have my favorite pizza. But lately, maybe the last 3 or so times I've ordered they are out of stock, its getting a little ridiculous. That they can't order the same things they need. Also when I got a different pizza tonight since they were out of stock as usual they still did not do the parm. Cheese crust. So it's just little bit but I hope they get it together.

This is the 3rd time we get bad service here. First we get our pizza delivered 45 minutes late, then they over charge us and take 10 minutes just to fix the order price and now the cashier left us waiting while he finished a whole order instead of simply charging us the order that we purposely ordered ahead to save time so we could quickly leave, I was waiting on him for 10 minutes just to charge me because our pizza was already ready.

This location is horrible ordered extra sauce on 2 large pizzas then when I received them there wasn't a trace on either one of them. When I called to talk about it they only offered a 5 dollar discount if I order within 30 days. I'd be better off going down to flying J and getting there's that is better quality and half the price

As far as chain pizza places go, this location is near the top. They consistently get your order correct. They don't "undercook" the crust, which is a cardinal sin for any type of pan pizza. Employees are helpful and know what they are doing. The location is pretty convenient. Plenty of parking. Egress is usually uncomplicated by plenty of options. Remember, order online to get the best prices and deals.

We had issues with our order tonight. I asked for ranch, Parmesan and red pepper with our pizza. When the order came I asked the driver where they were. He said in the box but after he left they werent. I would have been okay if they would have apologized and offered to bring it but when I talked to the manager she was not friendly and acted like it was my fault. She tried to argue with me that those items aren’t on the menu. Really?? I know that. It will be Dominoes next time in Lehi.
