Nice little hole in the wall authentic Mexican restaurant. Similar style to Betos, but we are much more satisfied with Paco's. The family that owns it is also very sweet!

We get pacos at least once a week. Literally better than any other Mexican food restaurant I've been to. We love the pan Cho's and Utah burritos.

I’d like to preface by saying I don’t normally leave negative reviews, and that my burrito (Utah burrito with jalapeños) is delicious. However (and I’m laughing because it’s funny, but still gross), I just spent the last two minutes pulling out a thick, foot-long hair from my throat about halfway through my burrito. 😂 The hair was wrapped around some of the meat and fries inside the burrito and as someone who has super thin, short blonde hair, I know it’s not mine. 🤣
I’m still giving this place four stars, because my burrito really was tasty, but I probably won’t finish my meal. Suggest doing a quick check-in with staff to ensure hair is tied up and away from food, but I know these things happen.

I love this place. Always get the Alfonso. $14 for a burrito that is huge. I have big hands and it's way bigger than both of my hands can hold. Great flavor and ingredients taste fresh. Love the salsa bar. They have delicious Pico de Gallo. It's in a Chevron, so the atmosphere is what it is. But I go there for the amazing food, not the lighting.

Ok... So, I've only ever eaten breakfast burritos from Paco's Tacos, but my goodness, those things are excellent! They always get the ingredient proportions right. The amount of food is quite good for the price, and their salsas are yummy. Plus, the tortillas are sinfully tasty!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I mean it. If you're following my travels, you know that it takes alot for me to give it all thumbs. PACOS TACOS gets it!!! Good prices, Amazing cuisine. The only take away is that this gem is hidden in a gas station. I loved my food experience here. I hope they expand

Literally BEST music this side of the Mississippi. The sing along was incredible. Everyone here is very musically inclined. Love it!
Also the perfect place to wait for your car to get emissions done. My favorite hang out In. The. World. 👍

Stopped by for gas and enjoyed a delicious meal! Very good Mexican food for a gas station love coming here and the employees are always very nice and professional
