The food was delicious. No rush, calming environment. Service was good. I had the avocado toast on gf multigrain bread. It could have used a little more avocado. The smoothie was delicious! I was surprised by the taste with vegan protein powder. I couldn't even taste it (the protein powder). I will definitely go again!!

It's a cute little cafe attached to the gym. I loved that everything was gluten free so I didn't have to worry about getting sick. The salad was great, but the smoothie was a bit chalky. It was supposed to be a strawberry colada flavor but it tasted like it had chocolate in it. I'll probably go back.

Stumbled upon this place after checking out of a nearby hotel, was very please to find it within walking distance. The atmosphere is very sweet and welcoming, little products for sale. Loved the menu, of course! Wellness shots, smoothies, salads, breakfast all day - it's exactly what I was looking for after long travel days and meetings.

Finding it is a bit difficult. You have to find the actual parking space further down on GPS. Then u walk the rest of the way to this yoga center, where the restaurant is located. Anyway, the atmosphere is quiet and calm. It's coffee shop vibes, but with little to no people there at one time. There was one person working there when we went. Their sandwiches are amazing though the restaurant is a bit more expensive than most. They were out of some things near the end of the day, and they do not do breakfast menu items after breakfast time. I believe it was 10 or noon. They have salads, and sandwiches, which for gluten free, absolutely dominated my expectations.
