Great location! Working next to so many restaurants I have the ability to try them all. I love love love this Subway. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is always fresh. Bread being my favorite food its very important to me that the bread is always soft. This location does a great job. Today the wonderful staff recommended I try their new Turkey Cali Fresh....WOW! Such a great recommendation, I have a new favorite sub!
Pretty clean and decent service. Lines not too long for a lunch rush. I came for a quick lunch and I was in and out withing 10 minutes. The staff were nice and pretty good they were really skimping on all the toppings and I had to ask twice to get the lettuce to the amount other Subways Grove you by default. But maybe it is a new Subway way of cutting costs and probably had nothing to do with the staff.
I like Subway.
I've been to this location a few times and I've gotten exactly what I expect from a Subway franchise concerning service and quality.
On my latest visit there was 1 employee working. She was making two sandwiches for someone and I was second in line behind another person. As we waited a gentleman came in with 2-3 kids. We waited more than the average amount of time (it may have been 10 minutes or so before she finished with those first two sandwiches and got to the person in front of me) which wasn't really an issue for me since I wasn't in a rush anywhere. I actually felt bad for the employee because the guy getting two sandwiches could not decide on ANYTHING. He would just sit there thinking about it for what seemed like FOREVER (Sandlot-esque). I could tell the employee was getting a tad antsy as more and more people got in line, but she kept her cool and by the time I was checking out she was still smiling and even chatted a little. Nice job!
Ethan and Chris did a great job making my sandwiches. They were friendly and accurate with my order. Wouldn’t have known it was Chris’ second day if he hadn’t mentioned it. Good job.
The Subway location was packed with people and the two team members were on top of things! They were super quick and efficient and made a lot of sandwiches in a short amount of time. It truly was fast food. Kudos to the two ladies who were working 5/23 at 1pm.
Thank you subway. Rose and the other employee working on 08-22-17 between 5:00-6:30pm were amazing! They were so quick to take our order and very pleasant. They were so eager to help clean up the mess our 1 yearold boy made when he threw the food. They were so understanding of the situation and madr us feel less embarrassed :) haha.

This Subway lives up to the standards of the chain. I’ve been there for lunch many times and haven’t had much issue. They do get a lunch rush pretty frequently so if you want to get through fast you should go before or after lunch time.
Just got three sandwiches from this subway and there was only one worker her name was Brea! She was so quick and so very kind!! She worked as fast as she could on getting everyone there sandwiches! She definitely deserves a raise!! She was so kind!
Tried the Subway melt today for the first time, and boy it was delicious! It will be one of my new go to’s at Subway! This location is clean, offered quick and friendly service. Will definitely go back again. Thank you!
Came in for a quick bite to eat. One of the perks of Sunday lunch in Utah is the lack of lines and this was no different. Store was cleaner, staff was friendly, and sandwich was delish.
Food is delicious. Some of their staff members are awesome, while some aren't. I met one today that made me not want to go to Subway ever again based on the way he treated me.
Loved going there in the midst of holiday shopping. It's away from Shopping so all the "traffic" was far away. Service was speedy and the young woman working there was very kind. Love the sandwiches there!
