It’s Christmas season and therefore it’s phô season. We came in after shopping and it wasn’t busy but the food was hot and fresh. I recommend coming in. It’s also pretty affordable so it checks a lot of boxes. Check out my videos. I like the brisket the best, steak second.
I love the brisket and the broth here! The brisket is so tender and literally melted in my mouth. Love that they gave you an entire plate of Vietnamese herbs and chili. Their mix of oyster sauce and sriracha is also quite perfect there. The only thing I am not quite happy with was the bubble tea! The bubbles are way harder than I expected and the milk tea is just way too sweet for my taste.
We made a quick stop and we were so shocked by what we found! This place is great and is now a favorite! My wife had a Pho and she was able to select each and every ingredient. I had the grilled pork on rice bowl with the most perfectly spiced fish sauce ever had. Seriously yummy!
Had some life changing pho here. I was feeling under the weather and it was cold and cloudy out. Came in, got a small pho (which was huge, couldn’t even finish) and I haven’t been the same since. Such a steal for the quality and quantity. I <3 u guys
Everything is delicious and the workers are really friendly. Really good PHO and everything else as well! I especially love the Boba drinks. My only complaint is the plastic spoons they give are tiny. I said something to the worker and he laughed and brought back a giant spoon and we all cracked up!
Cafe Trang is a Vietenamese cafe where you can fill your craving for pho and banh mi sandwiches. I enjoyed the popcorn chicken and steak pho. I'd go with the small pho unless you're super hungry. Believe me, it's more filling than it looks.
I don't typically crave Vietnamese cuisine, but if I was hungry for it, Cafe Trang would be my go-to place.
My favorite Vietnamese location for Vermicelli noodles with garlic butter steak and an egg roll. Have tried a few other dishes, but I keep coming back for my favorite dish. I've tried other places and they aren't as good as Cafe Trang's version
OMG this place is awesome, great Pho. We visit many local places across the country and I would definitely put this place in our top 20 if taste. Our favorite place is in Indianapolis, then las Vegas, but this Cafe Trang Bristo is definitely in our top 20 to eat Pho. The both has an amazing taste, the positions are big for tow people and lots of vegetables.
This place is a fan favorite where I work, so if you are one of my co-workers and you see this, please forgive me.
The food was good but nothing I’m crazy about. I got the pork which was highly recommended to me and I was not a fan. It felt low quality to me which is to be expected from a place like this. I think I would’ve enjoyed my bowl a lot more had I gotten the teriyaki chicken. Given this is a favorite of my co-workers, I will likely go back. But if I am choosing where to go for myself, I’d pick Zao over this. Even though Zao is more expensive, I like that I have more variety that I can add to my bowl and the food sits a lot better with me.
Although certainly overpriced, the quality is top-notch. Maybe the best egg rolls I've ever had. And delicious pork. Only wish the space was more then just a couple booths and tables. Very much a fast food design.
