El Pollo Loco

I recently visited and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their excellent customer service. The moment I entered, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. They were attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable. Not only was the customer service top-notch, but the service itself was incredibly fast. My order was prepared fast , and I didn't have to wait long at all. Despite the busy lunch hour, the staff efficiently handled the orders.This level of efficiency truly impressed me and made my visit even more enjoyable. Another aspect that stood out was the cleanliness of the restrooms. Clean restrooms are always a pleasant surprise, and Pollo Loco definitely exceeded my expectations in this regard. The restrooms were spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with all the necessary amenities. It's evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for their customers. Overall, my experience at Pollo Loco was exceptional. The combination of good customer service, fast service, and clean restrooms made it a standout visit. I highly commend the staff for their professionalism and dedication to providing a positive dining experience. The food is good. No more salsa bar . . . Food is always tasty! The store and bathrooms were pretty clean. Looks like they are a little shorthanded. Long line when we arrived. One cook at the grill, one counter person taking orders, couple at the drive-thru during the busy lunch rush. Two more employees at the busy times would make a big difference. Current economic situations can be rough on a business. This food is worth waiting for!!

Pollo Loco is amazing. Fresh, handmade food, that is just delicious. I tried something new today, the Chicken Tinga Burrito. It had a nice and crispy shell from the flattop and wonderful ingredients inside. It was packed with items and flavor. It was awesome and something that I will order again. I have had the Tostada Bowl, Chicken Salad, and the Chicken Bowl in the past. All have been great meals and deliciously fresh and wonderful food.

El pollo Loco is one of our favorite chicken places to go when we’re having a late dinner. I especially love how they cook their grill chicken on the fire. Mac & cheese is nice and creamy. Their hot sauce has a kick to it which is one of the things that made me decide to get dinner here. The outside of the restaurant was clean and in good condition from what I could see. The order takers was quick to take our order and we got our food right away. We had an excellent experience and our food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back and updating my review with more pictures. Thank you for all you do!
