Went there right when they opened and had to wait for my food, but I am so glad I did. It was SO delicious! Hot and just made. Nice staff and clean restaurant. Two Thumbs Up

This is my 3rd time going through the drive through that the order was wrong. Beware if you have to pull up to wait, your order will be wrong. The staff there, at least tonight, were not the friendliest. I see by the comments that the company only responds to 5 star ratings... that speaks a lot about the company. There are plenty of places to get chicken here.... Zaxby's will always be my last choice.

As far as zaxbys go this is a good one. I was greeted, served hot food and it was a clean dinning area. Couldn't ask for more. Good job.

The price for what we had was far to high and chicken nuggets where cold after waiting, my sandwich was nothing special.
Management, please take control of what's leaving the kitchen to customers " Quality and Standards" and please price your food fairly!

First time ever had a problem with the food. The chicken was over cooked and dry hard to chew. Had the Zax salad. Service and people were fine. Just and FYI.

Don’t expect to be welcomed inside unless you are picking up a door dash order. I was told they can’t take payments inside because they are short staffed. It appeared that there were ample people manning the drive they that one coiled be spare to serve dine in customers.

Food is good when you get what you order. We ordered through Door Dash and did not get our Texas,Toast. Meal wasn't complete.
