Very disappointed in today's visit. Big confusion on order wasn't charged right. Phillycheese steak was a big let down. Cheese on the side instead of in it.

Went 15 minutes til closing. After searching all night for toilet paper lol. And the girl that took our order was nice and polite. We waited a few minutes, nothing major and all our food was fresh and hot! The management and their workers definitely know what it takes to run a fast food restaurant. Especially when people like me show up at the last minute! Top notch service!

Always fast and friendly service. However, our meals are almost always wrong. Whether we have wrong toppings on sandwiches, missing sides, melted frozen drinks or missing add-ons for the specialty drinks we ordered. Very frustrating because when the food is right it tastes great, but there's always something wrong with the order.

I last visited this Sonic a year ago and have not returned because of service and poor food quality. Decided to give them a try again.... nothing has changed. I ordered onion rings and drink at drive thru, I got home with drink, cold tator tots and a cold hamburger. Last attempt. Steer clear.

Service was good but they quit honoring military discount at this location. The only location I have ever been to that does not do it.
