Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs

If I could give a rating of zero I would. This owner of this place is so rude and this was the second time I have had to pleasure of meeting him. I had an online order that told me to be there at a certain time. Mind you, I have already paid. I arrive and call to let them know I was there so that they can bring it to me in my car as I had requested. He stated that since his lobby was full I would have to wait another 10 minutes or so while he helped those that hadn’t paid yet while I had already been there waiting as instructed by the email that told me what time to be there. The food is great it’s the service at this location that has always been horrible. Drive the extra mile and go to the one down the street in independence, night and day on customer service.

Is it the best food in the world? No. It the chipotle cheesesteak freaking delicious for a cheap deli meal? Yes... Plus, the staff is good, the product is fresh, the store is clean, and there's rarely a wait. It's exactly what you want from a sandwhich shop. And to the owner that will inevitably comment on this because I see you being proactive on here, hell of a job you're doing. You deserve a raise.
