Krab Kingz

I have been wanting to try Krab Kingz heard wonderful things about the one in Atlanta. I was like I think they have one here . I ordered crab it was over cooked and the butter was just too much seasoning. I love seasoning but this was WAY too much. So much so I won't be back to this location. My daughter was like I just cant believe how horrible was. I might try the one in KC. Maybe its just this location. Just really disappointed.

I had been excited to try Krab Kingz, we ordered delivery, but our order came 1 hour and 15 minutes late, despite our living 5 min from the restaurant. They use Doordash to fulfill their online delivery orders. We had our order assigned to five different drivers, before the last one finally brought us our food. Kept getting texts over and over that it was on it's way, but then another driver would be assigned. The last one said she had to wait in a very long line to pick it up, which I assume is why the other drivers dropped the call. It was very frustrating! We tipped her extra in cash since we were so grateful to finally get our food. I tried calling the restaurant, but the line was off the hook. The food was good once we finally got to eat it, but I will not order from them again in the future because of this rotten experience.

My mom and I went for mothers day, it was our first time. The only reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 is for the price. But dont let that deter you from giving this place a try. I had the small shrimp platter and my mom had the small krab platter. The seasoning was perfect and the potatoes were soft and delicious. You get to choose the type of butter (original, cajun, garlic, etc) which is nice for getting the spice and flavor you're looking for. We also tried the fried pickles and the breading was great. My mom really enjoyed it and there was enough for small leftovers. Will definitely be back! Service was fast too!

My wife and I have gotten take out a few time from Crab Kingz. Our Most recent visit was not the best experience to start with. My wife arrived to pick up the order and there was some kind of communication break down and the order ended up sitting at the counter for 20 minutes before we knew it was ready. Once we got the food home, it was cold and rubbery tasting. I called back up there and explained the situation and the awesome crew remade our order fresh and ready to go no questions asked. That is customer service! We will certainly continue to give Crab Kingz are business!!!! Thank you to the great crew at Crab Kingz!!!!!
