Sushi Max

Good sushi. Ordered four rolls to go. It was ready on time (20 minutes). The fish was fresh and rolls were good. The crunch shrimp was a little soggy and the spicy didn’t have the kick I was looking for. Added some Siracha and was good to guy. Nicest people that own/work there. Hidden gem in Lebanon.

I went today at 1230 for lunch, upon walking in there were two tables sat. I have given this place more than one opportunity to disappoint and this was the last time. the place closes at 130 but they didn’t have time to make a to go order or sit me down as one person. So I walked out. The server who is the owner is short with people and rude. The prices for sushi are to high for what you get. They never keep good hours. The door hours never matches what they actually serve. she tends to stand at the register and watch people while they eat until your dimensional eating your last bite and the bento box comes with fruit more like four grapes. I won’t go back and the sushi is very small for what you pay.

I had passed this place so many times opting for the "other" sushi restaurant in Lebanon. One day I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! Food is delicious, prepared beautifully. Sushi is fresh and the people here are so nice and welcoming. This will definitely be my go to spot from now on.

This place makes some of the best Sushi I've eaten in my life. Considering I've worked for a Japanese company and eaten at some of the very best restaurants with my Japanese coworkers, I feel qualified to comment. SushiMax makes unbelievably good Sushi for the price and location. It's run by a very sweet Japanese couple who take pride in the food they serve and service they provide. I send everyone I know who likes sushi here and recommend without hesitation.
