New Moon Bbq

If you find yourself in Lebanon and looking for good barbeque, New Moon should be on your list. The food itself is pretty damn good. Working through the plentiful decor on the walls will keep you occupied for a while. The only gripe I have is with the understanding of how they go about their business. My party and I sat around for about 10 minutes waiting for refills to go and how/where we were to pay. We got there right as they opened, so there were only four other tables with guests by the time we were ready for the checks. The price point is average for quality smoked meats, and I really enjoyed the cornbread. Definitely recommend the mac and cheese.

This place is absolutely amazing, and I'm so glad we stopped. We were just driving through to our vacation and found this on Google. This is definitely in my top three BBQ places I've ever had. When they set the loaded nachos in front of me, I was a little skeptical because there was so much going on. But everything worked, and they were sooo amazing. Someone walked by our table and asked what I got because "it looked absolutely amazing." I actually think they've ruined nachos for me, because I haven't had any that compare to theirs! My husband got the tacos, and they were amazing as well. Definitely try this place!

The nachos look great, but there’s a whole lot of lettuce and many chips with no toppings or cheese. The bbq sandwich was ok, but had very little flavor, the sweet and saucy bbq sauce was good! The bun was burnt so there’s that.. the kids loaded fries were loaded more than the adult nachos with the pulled pork. The fries were actually really good! Only reason I’d return in the future is for the loaded fries with pulled pork.. The dining room was at least 80 degrees with small fans blowing warm air around.. it’s wayyyyy too hot outside to go inside and be hot too. 😕

Middle of no-where BBQ joint experience I was looking for. The sauces were delectable and the loaded fries were an incredible value. I paid like 14 dollars and probably got 3 meals worth of food. I had a great time. I think my girlfriend liked her tacos too. She was sad when we went but it had nothing to do with the BBQ. Amazing spot.

I’ve eaten at Blue/New Moon for a long time an always enjoy the food but my most recent visits have been very unsatisfactory after spending $35 on a 3 meat plate and smoke chicken plate I got home to barely any meat an dry chicken after informing the restaurant I was inform that the portion size is now 3oz which isn’t a lot for the price you pay I went back about a week later hoping for a better result but my second visit didn’t yield any better results with the increase in prices an smaller portion sizes it will be a while before I return
