We had the cheese & egg sandwich and added avocado (sourdough), and the turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich (whole-wheat). Tasted pretty good, basically exactly what you would expect from these items. Yolk was gooey which was nice. Roughly cost $28 with a Diet Coke and apple juice. We dined inside (November) and it was really cold inside, so we kept our hats and jackets on. Staff seemed a little disinterested.

Came here by top recommendation from a local hotel employee and super glad I did. The turkey the used was actual pulled turkey, not some lame deli-sliced stuff. The house salad is also a great mix of fresh greens.

Tip: Google Maps makes accessing this restaurant harder than it needs to be. Park at the public lot just west of the pool on Rt 2. Then cross the street and walk east. You don't need to walk down Front St. You can access Parsley's Pantry from the pedestrian-only Front Street - but it's upstairs from Front St. and at street level if approached from Rt 2. We ordered two takeout breakfast sandwiches that were excellent. Service was really fast: by the time I ordered (with my phone - easy), parked, and got to the restaurant, the sandwiches were there, waiting but still hot. (Side note: I love that the eggs were over medium, not scrambled, this added a nice moistness to the sandwich, a teeny bit messy but worth it.) We also got a chocolate chip cookie and a cowboy cookie that were very good. The brownie was OK but nothing to write home about. (But I confess I am very picky about my brownies!) We were very happy with our meal and we'll visit again when we're in Leavenworth for a longer stay.

We ordered the Super Bowl and the Breakfast Sandwich with Avocado. The food was very delicious and satisfying! I'm not sure how they seasoned the avocado in the Breakfast Sandwich, but it had a lot of flavor! As for the Super Bowl, it was sweet and savory while also tasting clean. The only downside was the customer service... The woman didn't seem interested in assisting us. Along the lines of, "Ready to order? Is that all? Your total is __. Receipt? Thanks. Here is your order." Other than that, our food was great!

Patio seating with some umbrelas. Great sandwiches. Quality ingredients. Can taste all the fresh ingredients in every bite. Only disappointment was they were closed on Mondays. UPDATE 1 Year later. Still a top place to stop for good sandwiches. Biscuits and gravy (Saturday and Sunday only) loaded were great. One of the better gravy's I've had. Fun idea getting it loaded with stips of yum bacon, cheese and a fried egg. I would want a little more gravy to biscuit ratio but that is because the biscuit is pretty big. Also, I'd ask for the egg to be fried easy as my York was not as runny as I personally prefer (my fault I should have asked). Grilled cheese with bacon and dill pickle on sourdough was great. Good cheese and the pickle was just enough to make the flavor pop. Carrot Cake muffin was good, and moist but the cream cheese frosting was a bit bland.

This place was fantastic. A great place that serves amazing breakfast sandwiches and if you are not an egg person that's okay because they serve their lunch menu alongside their breakfast menu. So there are options for everybody.

I loved the veggie wrap I got here. It was one of the best things I ate in Leavenworth (German food is not my thing and I'm vegetarian.) This restaurant has a great variety of sandwiches. I particularly enjoyed the mama lil's pickled peppers...delish!
