We called in our order 2 hours ahead of time due to the weather, but it was not ready at the 4pm pick up time. Our wings were barely cooked to be edible and the sauce was sparse at best. They were not prepared for the demand. Usually there is not a problem.

I've been ordering from this location since I bought my house at the end of 2017 and have never had a bad experience. I just wanted to give a shout out to all the staff including Caitlin who was not only super outgoing with her aditude, but also made sure I was informed with all my options on my order. I don't know who hires for this store but keep up the good work and thank you for picking such amazing Rockstar such as Caitlin!!! I hope there's a raise or promotion in the future. I just also want to note that after managing a restaurant for many years a good product will always bring customers in, however a great staff will always have them returning.
