Facility was clean, service to get my order taken was slow (there was precedence to get the drive through served and the people who came in behind me were told to “just order from the kiosk”), food order was correct, but they didn’t cut the quesadilla. So I had to tear it, as they only had sporks. H
While this place has not always had great service for me, maybe and employee change has happened or something because I just had the best experience. Nothing missing, and they actually put no sour cream when I ask for no sour cream. I ordered a 5 dollar box with no sour cream but didn’t notice some
Very disappointed I went through the drivethru yesterday and got two crunchy taco supremes and no tomatoes as well as two grilled chicken ranch burritos and they were very cold cheese wasn't even melted as well as a quesadilla and it wasn't cut and cheese wasn't even close to being melted
I came through the drive through around 530pm. The line was short and moved quickly. The gentleman working the drive through was a professional and took my order quickly. My order was completed fast and correctly! Got home and the food was hot and fresh.
I pulled up to the drive thru tonight to get 1 crispy taco and before I can even say hi to the employee working the driveway, she said Howdy, just to let you know there’s over an hour wait. I have orders for 9:06, 9:08, and 9:09”. I was perplexed because the clock in my car said 7:47 and I now had 2
Went in to place our order, it was not busy, employees standing around. They told us to use the kiosk to place our order, ok fine, but your Mexican pizza is not on the kiosk. Like a lot of other products are not. When we asked the girl she had no idea if they even had Mexican pizzas.
Don't waste your time. Go in they won't take your order and make you use the kiosk. Ok, I place my order. Then 10 minutes later go to the counter to as for atleast the drink cup. Totally ignored. I finally spoke up and asked for a cup and someone actually listened and got me a drink. 20 minutes in I
