Review Orient Cafe 6 - League City

Another one of this places that I have been driving past and never bothered to try. Well today was the day, because most of my regular places close on Sundays. I ordered the War Wonton soup and the Happy Family dish. The soup was on the bland side but was filled with meats and vegetables, though the vegetables could've been cut cleaner. The Happy Family came out scorching hot and full of flavor. I was surprised that the scallops in the dish were perfectly cooked and the shrimp had their own distinct flavor. Definitely another go to place on my list for a lazy Sunday when I don't want to cook.

Great lunch specials. Usually it's very quiet inside so if you want a peaceful meal this is the place to go. Lunch specials don't go over $9 a plate. Love the general tso chicken.

7days a week lunch special...how awesome it is! We come here for general tso chicken. Yummmm.. We have extra egg drop on the side. Its rainy day...Perfect food to eat.

If you come to league city stop here! They do not skimp, great prices, low key, and the shopping area is cute. Loved the service 🤗🤗🤗

They have amazing food. I always get delivery and have never had a bad experience. They are always here before it says they will be.

Always good, always fast. I always take out. They have added pho and other Vietnamese dishes, which had been a delicious addition. They changed how they pinch their crab/cheese puffs a few years ago, that's the only thing that disappoints me... :) but they are still delicious.

Food is really good, I had the Thai Pad to go today, tasted delicious. Owners are super nice. They came both running to my car when I was backing up, they had forgotten to give me the lime that comes with the dish. There are 2 tv's, one on Fox News, one on CNN, very thoughtful. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is crazy solid. Amazing lunch Orient Cafe I come here all the time and brought people here. They can't believe the quality for the price. The food is absolutely delicious. Great selection of dishes and very friendly attentive service.

I was at the South Shore Harbour Conference Center for a conference and thought Chinese would be a good option for lunch. I saw this place was less than a mile away so thought I would give it a try. It showed as the #35 ranked restaurant in League City according to Trip Adviser. The staff while being friendly never once came by the table to see if my drink needed a refill. The crab puff appetizer was not even warm when I got it. The General Tso's chicken was not hot. Neither of the items had much of a taste. If in the area and wanting something quick then stop in. I will try one of the other thirty-four places ranking ahead of them should I be in the area again.

I have been eating at and ordering food from here for over 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience. I usually get the general tsos chicken which is also good to me. The delivery from here is always extremely quick; even though they say it will take 45 minutes it’s usually delivered in 20-25.

Great food and service. I love that they remember who I am and address me by name. I usually get the chicken fried rice and egg drop soup and they are delish. Perfect lunch! They are always so quick and courteous. They are funny too. I always enjoy my experience. It's my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area.
