Pizza Hut

Wow! We're here to ski for a few days, and today craving a pizza. So happy to see there's a Pizza Hut here in Leadville. Ordered from my online app, and pizza was done pronto fast! Only 15 minutes. Zach was the person who waited on me at the counter when I went to pick it up. Super great to do business with Zach, friendly and accommodating with plates, condiments etc. Awesome service!! I highly recommend this place. Fyi pizza delicious and fresh and hot. Thank you!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made an order online at 7:30 and chose to pay cash upon pickup, said it would take 20-30 minutes, from previous experiences I chose to leave my house at 8 as I usually stand around and wait for 10m-15m. Showed up at 8:15 to find that all the lights were off but employee vehicles were still there, I got down knocked and an employee came to the window only to shake his head and wave his hands that they were closed. This was the most upsetting experience I’ve had as I’ve used them multiple times before, and could at least have had the decency to come to the door and explain that they closed early or even had the decency to call a customer to inform them they are closing before driving 10m through a winter storm to pickup a pizza!

Great service, great attitude. There was a minor error with an order, but they caught it and let me know before they even handed me the pizza. They were awesome enough to up-size the replacement and give a credit for the extra wait. To top that off, when I fumbled slightly trying to redeem that credit a few days later by calling from a different number than when I placed the first order, they were able to quickly get that sorted out and never even leaned towards seeming put out.

Food is good. Staff have always been very friendly to us. This location struggles at times to keep all options in stock and available but ordering with an open mind helps keep you from being disappointed. We can always find something good to eat. Curbside is definitely the way to go as the staff are great about bringing the pizza out fresh and hot as soon as it's out of the oven.

We had a fairly good experience here. The service was very friendly. Our order was a little mixed up which is why the 4 stars but we’d eat here again. It’s hard over the phone to hear just right. He obviously didn’t hear me and when he read back the order I did not hear the mess up so its partially on me. Even the receipt didn’t show the mess up. Dine-in is closed for now. The food was cooked perfectly. Thanks for the friendly service.
