Best food truck in town! The birria is outstanding (when available) and their entire menu is reliably delicious. Great salsas as well! Definitely worth a stop.
Flavor was really good! I got the shrimp, asada and carnitas tacos. The carnitas were my favorite. Just know even without sauce, it is like a medium 5-7 spice. Was not expecting that but I still ate all because it tasted so good!

The best tacos ever, went to Mexico and I still thought of this food truck. Also AMAZING sauces, their habanero sauce I dream about every night and think about every time I wake up. I’m writing this review solely because I couldn’t stop thinking about that sauce. And I haven’t been there in over a year. If they sold that sauce in large quantities I would pay to get it shipped to me. Have you considered moving to Leadville? This food truck is the single best reason. Mountains? Cool. Skiing? Climbing? Hiking? All cool. But not as cool as the people who make this amazing food. My only regret after moving is that I cant be here every night of my life. God themselves is grateful that this truck is at a higher elevation so that they are closer.

Very fast place to order tacos took less than 5 minutes after I ordered and the azada tacos are delicious try them out.
