The filet was fantastic, and the wedge salad was surprisingly delicious. I ordered a watermelon margarita and did not regret it. Probably most impressive with their pricing, honestly not sure how they stay profitable being so cheap.

Simple menu and everything was great. Super comfy arm chairs and cozy warm rustic atmosphere. A little worn, but in a cozy way. Stopped here driving through town and there was no wait. Steak was delicious. Friendly staff. Tasty inexpensive margaritas :)

Quite possible one of the best meals ever. Quincy's is a gem and all the great people of Leadville who work there and eat there are amazing! The filet and baked potato were phenomenal. Worth the wait!

We ate every single piece. Filet was cooked perfectly. Bread was warm and fresh. Potato and wedge salad were just the right amount to complement the steak. Chairs and dining experience was very comfortable. Good margaritas.

Making reservations was not possible even though we had a large group. This caused us to have to arrive early when they open to get seating for 15. It worked out fine in the end but it seems to say on the website that they do reservations but when you call us when you are told otherwise. Wedge salad

Fantastic steaks cooked perfectly and served with delicious fresh salad. Pair it with one of their delicious house made margaritas and you're in for a treat.
