Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Long lines. Not the best service ever. Staff wasnt very friendly. Seemed to be new/ less trained in the menu and register procedures. Overpaid for the food I ordered based on advertised specials by over $4. Was so tired of being in drive thru line, I didn't argue the point. Just wanted to go home. They didnt even offer me sauce for my chicken strips.

The brunette girl working the drive thru today was very unfriendly. I guess her name was Ashlynn as that's the name on the receipt. When she got to the window after I waited in line for 10 minutes she just stared at me for a few seconds before finally giving me the total like I'm just supposed to hand her money without knowing what to pay. She never even said hello. When she did talk it was in a monotone voice like a zombie. Then she didn't say goodbye or have a nice day either. It was certainly one of the most unfriendly exchanges I've ever had with a fast food worker and I travel away from home for a living so I eat fast food often. I'll be in this area for quite a while but I'll not be stopping by here again. Get some workers who actually want a job.

Here right after school... There are 2 adult workers, It's pretty busy... It took forever to get helped at the counter. Seems like all places pay more attention to the drive up. Food is typical DQ food. This place is usually pretty busy. It is in need of major renovations.. (Esp. the unisex bathroom)

Im not going to leave a review about the WHOLE establishment but the workers tonight were outstandingly RUDE. The girl who took my order at the drive through got my order wrong and when i went back around through the drive through to let her know it wasn't right she very rudely insisted that she made the order right and that i was wrong. And she also insisted that asking for extra cookie dough bites in fact meant ONE EXTRA PIECE. Long story short the blizzard was inedible because there were snickerdoodle cookie pieces in chocolate ice cream. Very very disappointed.
