Review Mcdonald's - Le Claire

This trendy McDonalds is attached to a local gas station and has a wonderful outdoor patio with picnic tables to sit with family while overlooking the mighty Mississippi River! I really thought that the food would be as unique and creative as the location, BUT my large caramel frappe was terrible. The drink had too much of a coffee taste. For the view, I will go back anytime. I do not plan to go back for the food.

The drive-thru was very fast. The girl taking the orders was VERY hard to understand. French fries were very hot and fresh.

Best McDonald's I have had in quite some time. Fries were fresh and crispy.

Pretty fast service with using the app then drive thru.

The manager there give us a free French fries for waiting 3 minutes for our food. The other McDonalds I waiting 10 minutes didn't get nothing. This is a smallest McDonalds that I ever see but very friendly and great view Mississippi river.

Not my favorite fast food. Took my great granddaughter there.

Orders are often wrong, food cold or old tasting and the menu changed so much that half the food I did like isn't offered.

Food was cold when i got it and i didnt get everything that i ordered

If I could get the large fry instead of a medium in a large container it might be 4 stars.

Nicest employees ever- whether eating in or drive thru. Compliments to owner/management. Really excellent crew here!!

One of THEE best mcds I visit!! I've been to McDonald's in places all over the country (also in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Germany, Thailand and even Illinois!).. Here is the one of best service and delightful smiles! I'd come here every day if I could! And despite the odd person who called in to complain so weirdly,. MY salad was NOT "see through"! It was as ordered and tasted great! Thanks McDonald's crew!

Two years later and the service is still poor :( Sorry I decided to stop here!

So I came to this McDonalds and I must say!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I wish the shift manager would of been wearing a name tag to shout his name out! He complemented his crew with positive reinforcement!! And to be honest you don't see that very often in a fast food restaurant. He greeted every customer that walked in and out of the restaurant. I hope this gets to him!! I was here on July 18,2016 at 4:30pm
