Long after all the other fast food restaurants have opened their doors again, this one is still holding on to the almighty dollar and keeping their doors closed. They didn’t have what I was looking to order and with a car behind me, I couldn’t just leave. This location sucks.And to top it off, they didn’t give me any napkins.

Service was slow. It looked like they are short staffed. They did what they could with what they had. The food was great. But the drunk station was terrible. No ice and no carbonation in the drinks. The dining area needed attention and the garbage was overflowing. But, they were running short staffed so it's hard to judge the employees. They had great attitudes and were working hard.

Just got a famous bowl that was nuked in the microwave. I burned myself on it. The potatoes were runny like water but the chicken was hard to chew from being heated in the microwave. Makes me wonder how long it was sitting around for before they heated it up. Their food is always horrible at this location. Don’t go here, visit the next closest location. Look at the reviews… the manager or owner don’t care and won’t fix the issues here. They can’t even be bothered to take the time to respond to the reviews and try to make things right.

Went through the drive thru, there wasn't a line, so they weren't busy. After driving away with my food I realize they forgot the biscuits for my mashed potatoes and gravy, so I went back through the drive thru. Thought all was well and drove home, only to discover that the chicken tenders are way over cooked/fried. The breading was so hard that it was difficult to get it pulled apart to even take these pictures. You can tell just by the coloring how overcooked these tenders were.

I just want a pot pie! 9 times out of 10 they dont have pot pies available. Just called and they said that pot pies take 20 minutes to cook and they can't cook any because they close in an hour? What? How does that make any logical sense???

They have to have the laziest management I have ever seen. Thanks KFC for following your mission statement to serve finger licken good food to all your customers, not!!!! Stupid!!!

EDITED: I was initially very disappointed with my experience at this KFC because of the quality of our sandwiches, our fries only being half filled, and our mashed potatoes coming with gravy when we ordered them without. However, the manager reached out to me and was very sorry for how our meal was prepared and did offer to make it right. I was really impressed with his professionalism and sincerity. I would give this KFC another try.

I called the KFC in Layton about the 8 piece dark family fill up meal for $20. I was told that it was offered, so I went there. After placing my order in the drive thru, I was told my total was $27.83. Upon arriving at the window I showed them the ad. I was told they no longer have that deal, and it was now $26.99. I ended up getting just the chicken for about $18.00. This also was the wrong price. When we finally started to eat, we were extremely disappointed by the quality of the chicken. I had worked at KFC, in the past for about 5 years. This chicken was nowhere close to the quality I expect from KFC. The chicken legs were broken and both the legs and thighs were extremely greasy. There was a puddle of grease in the bottom of the bucket after removing the chicken. On top of that it seems liked the cook forgot the 11 secret herbs and spices. The chicken was bland and I feel I could have received better chicken from a super market deli at closing time. I love KFC, but will not return to this location. What ever happened to the Colonels Promise...?

It was mothersday, i downloaded the app, selected delivery. They shorted me on my biscuits and drink. Their chicken sandwhich was way below average. Typically your food is delicious and on point. But it appears i should have read the reviews of this location. Pretty sad, it doesn't seem like they'll be ready for mainstream dine in experience until management and leadership can get things pulled together.
