So my 5* rating is based on me getting what I paid for. My chicken was dry. That was my expectation. It met my expectation. The biscuits were hard. Of course they were. This is a fast food restaurant that cooks food in advance. I have the expectation of knowing the quality of my food will vary, but hey, I'm only spending $7 on a meal ready in 2 minutes. If I were wanting premium tasting chicken, and the freshest food, I would go somewhere that charged me double. My point is, I got what I paid for. My $7 is not for perfect food. It's for edible food. And at KFC, the food has been consistently edible. Well done.

I ordered the 4 piece meal, all dark. What I got was over cooked and dry. The sides were great but I was not happy. I hadn't had KFC in a long time so I ate it anyway. Plus I was really craving it and hungry. It will probably be a long time before I get it again. The dirty boothes didn't help.

New chicken sandwich is sooo good. I bought the regular and hubby bought the spicy. Tender, crunchy, and lots of chicken. Pickles were perfect. Cashier very nice.

I went to Lawrenceburg Ind. Location on June 16th and went thru the drive thru. I got a chicken pot pie that was very good but I also got 6 Buffalo wings that were not even edible. They must have been sitting around to long bc they were hard and nasty. I had to throw the wings away.

Stood at counter for a bit before anyone ever came up. Staff was very nice but we were there only customer's and floors were so dirty you stuck as you walked. What was $5 fill up now 6.99 and chicken was not good at all in the chicken bowl. Very disappointing.

It seems this place is infested with bugs, one flew out of one of our chicken boxes, they're all over around the trash, etc. Employees were preparing food without gloves on. Overall very unclean and unsettling experience.

The wings were a little sad and the fresh crunchy chicken sandwich wasn't fresh. We drove from Cincinnati hoping for the buffet. No more buffet

Wife placed Order on line go to pick up says pick inside. NOT all locked up with no signs stating pick thru drive thru. Had to call the store to get that information. Get to speaker tell computer is down. I tell the i have online order. They tell me to pull on around. Did 45 minutes later still no has come with food. Understand computer problems and staffing issues. But could definitely improve on the way they communicate problems and isssues to customers. First experience back not good
