Wish I could rate this 0 stars. This will be the third time we've eaten at this location since moving to the area. The first two times included high wait times, almost unbearable, but the food was good those two times.
However, we picked up some market bowls for lunch today, when we got home to eat them and took our first bite, we were unable to bite down on the chicken. After inspecting, the chicken was full of chunks of cartilage and bones. The market bowl is meant to be boneless chicken and the cartilage was unacceptable, truly disgusting. It wasn't just one of our bowls that was like this or one piece of chicken, it was all throughout and inedible. This is clearly poor quality chicken and/or laziness of the staff to take the extra step to ensure the chicken they're taking off the bone is actually bone free and quality for their customers.
I could've choked and overall I am just appalled by this. When calling the store, we were granted a refund but no additional apologies or offers were made and we were left without lunch, without appetites and having had driven 30 minutes roundtrip to get our lunches. The photos don't do it justice because the cartilage is white and it doesn't showcase all that we found. I would NOT recommend this Boston Market location.

very dirty facility! when i arrived no customers inside yet all tables were covered in half eaten meals and employees were un-attentive.. ordered my meal to be ready at 7:15pm through their app and finally got the order after waiting 45 mins. Made sure to check over my order in front of the employees after seeing 2 other customers come back for missing items... and found that 4 items were missing! all food was really nice (except the rotisserie chicken soup which was unpalatable) so I will give the two stars where it was earned.. PLEASE REMEMBER check over your meals before leaving if you ever order here!!

I am so appalled by the comments here! I ordered our dinner here probably about a month ago, our food was great. We got two family meals. I did place my order online & picked it up for 815 I believe it was. The store was closed I must have been the last customer. I showed up, no one answered the phone while falling, I drove through the drive thru & just ended up running in real quick. My food was sitting on the counter ready to go! I got home & everything was correct. Our food was delicious 🤤 & the corn bread was perfectly soft! I’m sorry to the other customers that definitely makes me think twice about ordering from here again though, that’s for sure! Maybe it was the timing but that’s so unacceptable!!! That could have turned into a nightmare for the lady who had all those bones & cartilage in her “boneless chicken meal” I’ve had a personal experience w/ something like that before & that’s one of my worsts fears!!

I hadn’t had Boston Market in a long time, so I suggested it to my husband. I had the chicken and my husband had meatloaf. My chicken tasted like it was left over from the day before and reheated just enough to kill bacteria. It didn’t taste fresh at all. The cornbread was hard as a rock. Not soft and warm like it used to be. I definitely think most of the food had been kept from the day before. Have not eaten there in a long time and now I will never eat there again. No wonder so many locations have closed.

It was horrible. The corn bread was so hard we could of used it as a deadly weapon. Each order was wrong, the food looked & tasted like it had sat for days. I get not having enough people to have the dining open but at least the food should be fresh and correct. Definitely will not eat from this location ever again.

Came with my two children for lunch. They were super low on mashed potatoes. (Both my kids wanted that for sides.) Instead of saying they can grab more in the back they have each child a half serving (if that)of potatoes. My max and cheese was like warm and they never gave me cornbread.

The dining room is still not open, no sign neither to let you know, I was overcharged for my purchase as I requested a quarter white and I received half white. The chicken was prepared great, however,I think the few associates there are overwhelmed by being only a few.

I order Boston Market every Thurs. a great place food is good with prices.My thoughts go out to the staff especially Mike & Samantha TU for always being so caring!! Would def reconmmend 5*
