Pizza Hut / Wingstreet

Negatives: Ordered extra sauce on the pizzas for our last order and there seemed to be no sauce at all on them. The bread sticks also seemed greasier than usual. But the near total lack of sauce on the pizzas is the main driver of the dissatisfied rating. Positives: The Cinnabon minis were excellent, and the order arrived fairly soon after we made it.

Went to this location today. Walked inside to order. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes patiently, while two people were cooking in the back and one worker sitting the side putting stickers on boxes. The person sitting didnt say two words while I was standing there. I finally left and still the worker didnt say two words. Simple customer service is calculus these days. Plus giftcards never work in the app. Pointless. Had to select cash, then use giftcard when paying. I, then went to the 23rd street location and their doors were locked! Both restaurants were technically open for an hour. I told the worker in drive thru, doors were locked and they thought they were unlocked. No point in going to these pizza hut locations again. Never had a bad customer service experience at the two dominos locations in town.

Make sure my whole order is delivered. SMH Everytime I order delivery something is messed up. My 12 wings were left out of my order and I was told I would have to wait another hour and a half for them to remake the wings and deliver them or they could bring the ones that they had already made, which would have been cold already. They did not want to compensate me for their mistake either and the supervisor at the customer service hung up when I was in the middle of asking how long it would take to get my money refunded back because I did not want the wings anymore.

Normally this Pizza Hut is very good. Used them for years. Today’s order took an hour to get delivered after it left the restaurant. Soggy crust. Cool temp. Chicken definitely cool. The app said it was out for delivery at 1:48. Did not arrive until 2:45. I called the store and they refunded my money. But no future discounts.
