Domino's Pizza

Pizza was great, but the customer service wasn't. The man who took my order was rude and acted very annoyed to be answering the phone. Rushed me while I ordered, didn't ask for my name before telling me "ok bye", and left out one of the items I ordered (despite repeating it back to me correctly). I think the cashier might've been the same person I spoke with on the phone, but he wasn't friendly either. When I mentioned the missing item, he didn't even ask if I wanted to reorder it; he just told me to have a nice day.

Normally, I'd write a positive review for Domino's. Today I ordered the same style/toppings as I have a dozen times. The pizza was obviously very subpar and instead of the manager simply replacing the pizza immediately upon my complaint, he wasted time mansplaining to me (another guy) why my pizza was fine. It wasn't; if I wanted pizza-lasagna, I'd order it that way!

Its usually good, most of the time, but, once again ordered a medium deluxe pizza add pineapple, guess what i got?? A med pineapple pizza...its like they just donet care. I gave it back to the delivery guy. Said i dont want a cheese pinapple pizza, he still got his tip, wasnt his fault, was the restaurant once again

The staff were wonderful to me. I have difficulty walking and they came out and helped me up the one stair - or curb - and after I paid, they carried the pizza to my car for me because I had my cane, and helped me down that one stair. I should've done curbside pickup but I was driving by, had an impulse idea for dinner, and vóila! Pizza for dinner tonight. The pizza was cooked perfectly, too. 👍
