Waited in line for 35 minutes and there were only 5 cars in line. They took so long that wmy whip cream was flat.

Other than just being a little slow I love Starbucks. My favorite thing is that I have my card compatible with my phone so it’s easy to pay! I can even order ahead and run in and (sometimes quickly) run out! The staff is friendly and Airn/Erin (I’m sorry I forget how to spell it) and Lion are so nice! Love seeing them when I come in to the Lawrence location!

This store has been pretty good! Their nitro machine has been out of service both times I have come in recently, but I understand may not be their fault. Overall though I’ve been greeted with good customer service!

Always extremely busy. So if you’re in a rush, I suggest ordering on the app rather than going through the drive thru, as that line can run clear across the parking lot. Staff is really friendly.

The worst Starbucks in Lawrence, by far. And sadly the only drive through. They are ALWAYS out of something. Every single time I go. It isn’t just startup issues, they have been out of Açaí consistently for MONTHS now. Then on top of them never having what you’re ordering, once you’re in the line you’re stuck. So you sit in the line for no less than 10 to 15 minutes, to get NOTHING... because they haven’t grasped the concept of efficient ordering. I am a DAILY $15 spender and I will be going out of my way to go to a different Starbucks in town.

This Dillons Starbucks is sadly slightly subpar of all the other Starbucks as I've been to as the employees often may not know the entire menu and have limited sense of humor. Which makes it a slightly less than perfect experience.
