I'll say that the 2 ladies at the restaurant were very nice but my sandwich was very lackluster and being a 12 inch I would have expected more meat on that than I would get from a 6 inch from Jimmy Johns... as was not the case with this visit. There was barely was anything except the toppings and bread with just a little bit of meat in the middle. Love the kind people there but I'm not paying $15 for a foot long bread stick with a tiny drink and tiny bag of chips. Not coming back

Absolutely terrible. They don’t honor coupons here so don’t even ask the young lady at the register can’t read refuse to read and refuse to take the coupon charge me full price

I am appalled at the customer service from Michael today. I love subway and have been a loyal customer for many, many years. I, also, do not leave negative reviews but this was such a bad experience. First of all, I walk in with my boyfriend to a co-worker asking Michael for help, as the line was getting long. Rudely, Michael said something like "you got this" and did not help her out- which was very off putting. Then, upon making my sandwich, I asked for extra onions. In front of all the customers in the store, he pretty much yells to me for all to hear," we have to save the onions for the other customers." Then proceeds to wrap my sandwich, without giving me extra onions. He shamed me for asking for extra onions to everybody in the store. Mind you, I did not have some obnoxious sandwich. I order the same thing every time and ask for extra onions and have NEVER been told no before. I get ham, lettuce, onion, and Mayo- with extra onion due to it being a foot long. Extremely simple sandwich. It was the most off putting comment made to me in customer service to date. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that store anymore.

I have had 2 bad experiences at this location and coincidentally Lily has been the root of the problem both times. Horrible customer service. I’m done going to this location.

I ordered online $41.81 for dinner tonight. I checked out as a guest, got a notification from my bank that I was charged, took a screenshot of the restaurant address, and sent it to my husband to pick up dinner. He got to the restaurant and was told the order was not received and I could order again. I did not want to be charged a second time. Armed with the bank transaction and the screenshot I was told they could do nothing and to call corporate on Monday to cancel my order and wait 3 days to get my money back. I asked them how can I cancel an order I have no proof was made as she put it and she said it was not her area to deal with. Never have I in so little terms been told to take my business elsewhere. It is now 830 at night and my 3 kids still haven’t eaten because I was unfortunate enough to have had to deal with this experience

Stopped by today to get a sandwich and turned right back around and left because one of the people working up front was not wearing a mask - he had his filthy looking gator down around his neck. Won't be going back here anytime soon.

Great service. I originally left a poor review, but over the past year or two the service has really improved. I eat here a couple times a week now and it's always delicious
