Martine (sp?), one of the Managers, goes above and beyond for us...knows our car, knows our order...She works her butt off even when she is the only one who shows up. She has trained kind staff who are patient even when people are clearly giving them a hard time. We visit this location numerous times a week and have always been grateful for her and the incredible customer service we've received.

My husband loves his fast food and comes to this Wendy's often. The food is cooked the way he likes it and the drive through is pretty fast. He has yet to complain about anything he has eaten from here

It was ok dining room was closed due to staffing issues and they wouldn't allow the use of two coupons even though it was two separate orders in the same car... The food was good though

Service was fine, although everyone seemed dead. The food was what's expected of Wendy's. They messed up my order up but quickly fixed it.

Awful food, bacon is smaller than advertised and the lie about how late they are open until. I want this Wendys closed I will be taking to corporate headquarters about your lack of customer service.

I pulled up at 10:30 am on the dot. Breakfast ends at 1030 so I thought I would be all good. Apparently not. Terrible customer service here.

Great service, very clean restaurant and the staff were all very nice. The food was all fresh, hot and tasted great.

They always, get my order wrong. Always. I always ask for no cheese and they NEVER get that right. They have a systemic problem between the drive-through point of ordering and those putting the orders together. I tried again this evening and of course there were two pieces of cheese. I always check before pulling away from the window. The (double) was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. How hard is it to read a monitor and leave off the cheese? Why is it EVERYTIME? Why are the burgers cold? Their deficient performance is obviously why they don't give out receipts; the receipt info is required for filling out a customer satisfaction survey on the Wendy's website. This is the worst Wendy's "restaurant" I've ever visited.
