The owners are super great guys. Hard workers and are fighting hard to have a place of excellence and enjoyment for their customers. So far, I would say they are succeeding.
Everyone there has always been friendly, I am usually intimidated to go into stores on mass street, yet I have always felt right home at Mana! Their ginger kombucha is amazing and has made me into a snob, I can no longer settle for pre-made store bought kombucha like I used to get all of the time. I even bought one of their starter kits and am preparing to make my own ginger kombucha!
New to town was amazed at the friendliness of the people in the shop and the knowledge. My husband is a tea fanatic this will be a regular stop for this family :-)

This place use to be top notch when it came to Kratom. I have used Kratom for almost a decade now. I 110% know he different between Green, Red, and White and then evern further with the breakdown of those. I get the same green year in and year out. I remember spending money on a lb of imperial green(highest grade) and tasting the specific taste of Mang da. I was halfway home(back to Topeka) when I noticed it. I then checked all 4 bags and only had one that had not been mixed. Please please please at least on your highest grade Kratom. Don't mix them. Please! You may not see a difference but the difference is huge and it really bums me out. I have been a customer since you had the cards for discounts. Way back before you threw kratom out the back door and was selling discount due to the government. Please bring that quality back up. It is almost like running out of tea and mixing in another and selling it as the same tea. You use to be soo reliable when it came to quality. Just got a lb today and can clearly taste the mix in quality. Much love.

One of my fave spots downtown. The vibe is great, employees are helpful, and quality of drinks are top notch. Their Rose Latte is probably my favorite beverage from any cafe I've ever visited.
A great place to buy loose tea to take home to brew. I highly recommend their white teas and oolong.
One of the best tea places I've been to! The staff knows a ton and cares a lot about the quality of the tea they'll make fresh. Can be a bit scary or intimidating for people not used to teas outside of store-bought, but the staff is more than willing to help you find something you like and answer any questions you have. The place has a great atmosphere and is a great place to cozy up and just relax with some tea.
Rose latte was great. Fantastic homemade kumbucha. Brought home a scoby named "smalls". Friendly, knowledgable staff.
