Cold Stone Creamery

We went there for dessert on my birthday. We love sitting in the vault, it's fun! The gentleman who checked us out at the register was fantastic! The two ladies who were serving up the ice cream apparently were having a bad day and unfortunately it showed in their demeanor. But overall it was a pretty good outing!

The chubby greasy haired short autistic girl ignores delivery orders and runs around like a chicken with her head cut off with everyone else and the taller redhead didn't even acknowledge my existence until I finally spoke up about my order five minutes later. It hadn't been made and redhead told me it would take five minutes. It was a single item. Jesus christ.

Worst cake ever. We ordered a small chocolate chipper ice cream cake and it was so bad. The cake layer was uneven, the ice cream tasted bad and it felt like it was spoiled and the cake itself was really bad. I bought it for my brother birthday and now it has been a bad day. I've had huge expectations from Cold Stone. They messed up pretty bad

This was my first job and as first jobs go it’s great but I wouldn’t stay to long. I was the cake decorator and I loved it. Cake decorating was the only thing I looked forward to when scheduled. Scheduling worked perfectly around my school schedule and was very low stress. Though it was a great place to work I do have a few complaints. There was one occasion where I came to pick up my paycheck at 3pm and the store was dark and locked. Apparently the person who was supposed to open didn’t bother showing. I called the manager and I was forced to work. I tried saying that I had a lot of homework but to my avail I was told I had to clock in. I had to open the store all by myself (something that I am use to) but the fact that it was last second irked me. I was told that I could leave when night crew showed up but even after I had to stay longer. I finally decided that I couldn’t stay any longer and asked to leave. One worker got upset with me but in that moment I had to decide my future was more important than a job I wasn’t going to work at forever. Another note I would like to make is they should do better background checks on workers. I am just going to say that and nothing more for the sake of that worker, though I would love to go on about the situation I had to deal with. One last thing is sexual harassment in the workplace should not be tolerated and should end in termination especially after more than one incident. Other than all those things I loved this job more than anything in the world. Sure there was a lot of drama but we were like a family (minus one) I looked forward to seeing the happy smiles on every customers face that walked in. A smile and good service goes a long way.

We brought a large group in to buy ice cream tonight after the high school graduation. My 70 year old mother asked to use the restroom and they told us no. They said the restroom closed at 9:00 although the store was still open and serving food! We asked 2 different people a total of 4 times and told them we had a group pf 10 paying customers. They didn’t care and refused to let my mother use the restroom. We left without ordering anything. We will not return.

Salwa was the only one working tonight and it was slammed pack. She did a fantastic job being the only one who was working, and she had a positive attitude the whole time. She greeted everyone that walked through the door. It’s sad that she was the only one working the night shift herself - very dangerous because of the risks of working alone. She deserves a raise.

My wife and I spent over $20 dollars on ice cream and are incredibly disappointed. First off my wife’s order wasn’t made correctly and was very melted when she got it. Second my order had very large frozen solid pieces of strawberries mixed in and it was melted as well. In the future I will take my business elsewhere.

Went in for the aquaman blue velvet brownie explosion and it was just as amazing as it looked! I usually get cake batter but had to try the special flavor before it was gone! Customer service was okay and the serving size was amazing! I always leave here satisfied! Bring from Hawaii it was great getting some coldstone as we haven't had one on my island in a few years! Definitely go by for good ice cream at a good price!
